What counts as a custom automation?
Any recurring workflow your business needs — morning briefings, email triage, job dispatch notifications, client onboarding sequences, content scheduling, report generation, brand monitoring, etc.
Can I use my existing phone number?
Yes, as long as it's not currently registered on WhatsApp. If it is, you'd need to remove it from WhatsApp first before we register it with the Business API.
Why not just use Baileys?
Baileys uses the unofficial WhatsApp Web protocol. Works fine for personal use but if you have multiple users or high message volume, WhatsApp will shadow ban your number. The official Business API is the only reliable solution for production use.
