I will do bookkeeping in quickbooks for small businesses

I am offering a Bookkeeping service in QuickBooks online, this includes the setting of QuickBooks for the new business such as the setting of a chart of accounts, opening balances, customers/ vendors, list of the items being sold or services being offered. Import transactions from Bank statements.

Further to create and record invoices in the proper chart of accounts, setting up and recording sales tax, input tax, and output tax. Finally, financial reports will be generated. The reports include profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow, inventory in hand, account payable, account receivable, etc. 

Preparation of financial statements/Financial (QuickBooks Online, and Excel)

1. Balance sheet
2. Profit and loss statement
3. Statement of cash flow

Bookkeeping

1. Recording the sales invoices, purchase bills, inventory.
2. Import transactions from bank statement or Ms excel to QuickBooks
3. Reconcile bank statement/credit cards
4. Categorization of transactions
5. Setting up opening Balances
6. Maintain general ledger and trial balance.
7. To record journal vouchers
8. Other tasks
