Do you provide hosting and domain?
Yes. I deploy your event site on Vercel (free hosting works for most events) with HTTPS/SSL included. You purchase the domain from Namecheap, GoDaddy, or any registrar — I configure the DNS and connect it for you. Hosting cost is separate and usually $0 on Vercel's free tier.
Can guests pay with bKash, Nagad, or Rocket without a payment gateway?
Absolutely. In Standard and Premium packages, guests select their payment method and submit their TrxID (transaction ID) during registration. You review and approve payments manually in the admin panel — no SSLCommerz, Stripe, or monthly gateway fees required. Perfect for community events in Banglad
What is included in the e-ticket / guest card?
Each approved guest receives a digital e-ticket (Honorable Guest Card) with their name, photo, seat info, event details, and a unique QR code. They can download it as PDF, print it, or share via WhatsApp. At the event door, you scan the QR code or search by phone/TrxID in the admin panel to verify e

SMS is included in the Premium package only. I integrate Alpha SMS (sms.net.bd) to send automatic messages when registration is submitted (pending) and when payment is approved (with guest card link). Yes — that is my live reference project. I use the same proven architecture (React, Firebase, Vercel) and customize it with your event name, branding, colors, schedule, and features. You get a production-ready system, not a generic WordPress template resold to multiple clients.

How do milestone payments work?
I break the project into clear milestones — for example: content setup → site preview → admin/ticket system → live launch. You approve each milestone before I proceed, and payment is released step by step. This way you always know exactly what to expect and when, with no surprises.
Do you offer support on the event day?
Premium package includes event-week WhatsApp support for critical issues (site down, admin login problems, SMS failures). Standard includes 7 days post-delivery support for bug fixes. Basic includes delivery + 3 days for minor fixes. Major new features after delivery are scoped as extras.
