FAQ
What do you need to start?
Your website URL, temporary WordPress admin access, theme ZIP or licensed download link, and selected demo URL. For Standard or Premium, also send your logo, brand colors, text and images organized by page.
Which package should I choose?
Basic covers theme and demo setup with up to 5 plugins. Standard adds your branding and content on up to 3 demo pages, with 7 plugins total. Premium covers up to 5 demo pages, fonts and one contact form, with 10 plugins total.
Can you complete the setup in 2 hours?
Eligible Basic setups can be completed in as little as 2 hours after I confirm availability and receive all requirements. Message me before ordering to check your theme and deadline. Otherwise, the listed package delivery time applies.
Will my website look exactly like the theme demo?
I will configure your selected demo using the files and features supplied by the theme author. Some preview images, premium plugins or features may require separate licenses or may not be included. Send the demo link first so I can check.
Do you provide the theme or premium plugin licenses?
No. You provide the theme and any required paid plugin licenses. Hosting, domain and license costs are not included. Send the theme files or a licensed download link; you do not need to share your marketplace account password.
Can you install WordPress or work on an existing site?
Yes. WordPress installation is included if needed on compatible hosting. Hosting access is only requested when required. For an existing website, contact me first so we can agree on a backup or staging plan before importing demo content.
What customization and revisions are included?
Standard and Premium cover supplied content and branding within existing demo layouts. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed work. New layouts, coding, extra pages and WooCommerce payment or shipping configuration require a separate quote.
