What do you need from me to get started?
To get started, just send me a short description of the product you want to design for 3D printing, along with any sketches, reference images, dimensions, or an existing 3D model that needs some changes. What file formats do you provide?
I can provide your files in different formats depending on your project, including STL, OBJ, 3MF, SLDPRT, SLDASM, SLDDRW, STEP (STP), IGES (IGS), and Parasolid (X_T).
Do you provide physical 3D printing services?
I only provide digital 3D modeling and print-ready files, not physical 3D printing or shipping.
Will I be able to print the final model right away?
Yes, absolutely! I’ll check and optimize the model for 3D printing, including the geometry and wall thickness. You’ll get a clean, print-ready file that you can use for your project.
What software do you use for the design?
I mainly work with SolidWorks for CAD and 3D modeling, and I use KeyShot when a project needs a high-quality product render.
Can you fix or make changes to my STL file?
Yes, of course! I can fix common STL issues, clean up the geometry, resize the model, or make the changes you need. I can also optimize it for 3D printing.
Can I get a realistic render of my final design?
Absolutely! If you’d like to see how your finished product will look, I can create a realistic KeyShot render for you. Just let me know what kind of look or style you have in mind.
