I will be your startup project manager and build your team
Project Manager Coordinator, Agile Delivery and Client Communication
About this Gig
You've got an idea (and maybe some funding) but no team, no project plan, and no time to chase freelancers yourself.
I act as an embedded Project Manager for early stage startups. I'll turn your vision into a scoped plan, source and onboard the right freelance team (developers, designers, QA), and manage delivery end to end, so you get a real, shipped product without becoming a full time project manager yourself.
What I bring:
- Turning your idea into a scoped roadmap with clear milestones
- Sourcing, vetting, and onboarding freelance developers, designers and QA
- Running sprints, daily/weekly check-ins, and backlog management
- Being your single point of contact, not five freelancers for you to manage
- Regular, honest progress updates for you and your stakeholders or investors
- Risk tracking, budget oversight, and bottleneck resolution
- Tools: ClickUp, Microsoft Planner, GitHub Projects, Trello, Asana
If you have an idea and need someone to turn it into a real, managed project, team included, let's talk. Message me before ordering so I can scope your project and team needs properly.

FAQ
I don't have a development team yet, can you still help?
Yes, that's exactly who this gig is for. I'll help scope your project, then source, vet, and onboard freelance developers, designers, or QA, and manage the whole delivery process from there.
Do you write code yourself, or only manage the project?
I focus on project management and team coordination. I don't personally code, but I make sure the team (yours or one I help you build) delivers on time and to spec.
How much should I budget for the team you'd bring in?
It depends on your project's scope. After we talk, I'll give you a realistic estimate for both team costs and my project management fee before you commit to anything.
Can you take over a project that's already in progress?
Yes, I can step into an existing project, get up to speed on where things stand, and take over sprint planning, coordination, and reporting from there.
