What information do you need from me?
To conduct accurate research, I will need: Product details (category, materials, pricing, MOQ) Brand positioning and target audience Current sales channels (online, retail, distributors, etc.) Your current export experience (if any)
Do you evaluate or judge my product?
No. This service is not about judging your product. My role is to research and explore how your brand could realistically enter the Japanese market and which route makes the most strategic sense.
What if I have never exported before?
That is completely fine. Part of this research includes identifying whether a distributor-based entry or a direct retail approach would be more suitable based on your current structure and export readiness.
Do I need to already be able to export to Japan?
Not necessarily. If you are unsure about export procedures, I will outline what type of local partner (such as a distributor or trading company) may be required to support your entry.
Will you contact distributors or retailers for me?
