PREMIUM: Up to 3 layouts, 15 fields per layout, line items, scanned PDF OCR, custom Excel output and video guide.
Every package includes the reusable tool, sample Excel output and setup instructions. No per-document fee for reuse on agreed layouts. New layouts or fields require a separate quote.
Before ordering, send anonymized samples, your required columns and operating system. I confirm feasibility first. OCR depends on scan quality; unclear documents need review.

Do my PDFs need to look identical?
A layout is one consistent document structure. Basic covers 1; Standard and Premium cover up to 3. Reuse on agreed layouts is included, with no per-document fee. New layouts or fields need a separate quote. Send samples before ordering.
What about scanned PDFs or photos?
Scanned documents need OCR (text recognition) - that's included in the Premium package. Send me a sample and I'll tell you honestly how reliable it will be for your documents.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your files are used only for building your tool, never shared, and deleted after delivery on request. Anonymized samples are perfectly fine for development.
