Yes, conversation memory and context handling is included from the Standard package onward — the Basic package covers single-turn responses.

This is normal in early testing. Revisions are included to refine the chatbot's responses, and I'll help you adjust the knowledge base or prompts to fix recurring issues.
Do you handle the AI API costs (like OpenAI usage fees)?
No — those are billed directly to you by the AI provider based on usage. I'll help you estimate expected costs before you commit to a plan.
