About this gig
This isn't your basic mixing service. This is a transformational service where we take your song, establish your desired end result, and then make sure that it gets everything it needs to be industry standard. Whether thats purely a mix, additional production, vocal tuning, or even additional instruments, this is about crafting your music into something that cuts through the noise.
Having done live mixing work for Bastille, The 1975, Years and Years, and Jake Bugg as well as production for Sony Music Artists. Ive got the ears, the equipment and patience to make you sound incredible.
Why Analogue?
It just sounds great. Its like adding thick chocolate sauce on top of the cake you've made. My equipment?
- Stereo API 550b EQs (Airy Highs and Pumping lows)
- SSL Bus Compressor (think smoothing over the track like making shapes in mash potato)
- Focusrite 430mkii (for your Vocals)
- UAD Preamps (think "je-ne-sais-qoi")
Why Digital?
I work within Logic X, using the latest in digital modelling from Universal Audio, supplemented by digital processing modules from Sound Toys, Izotope, Waves, Melodyne and many more. This provides precision audio mixing tools to make the mix pop!

Freelance producer and mix engineer, working out of a handful of studios across London.
I've mixed small bits for Bastille, The 1975, Years & Years and Jake Bugg, and written music to brief for Ryanair, Mercedes and Stella Artois. Over 1,000 five-star reviews on fiverr alone.
What people tend to mention afterwards is that I speak human rather than engineer. Tell me it needs to feel bigger, or lonelier, or more like the last song of the night, and I'll know what that means. You don't need the vocab, you just need to know how it should feel.

FAQ
Can I have Stems?
Yes of course, if you go for the top package that's included (project file) - I'll happily give you individual mixed audio files of each track within the project. On the basic and middle packages there is an additional check box if you want this.
My song sounds a bit crap - can you make it better?
It depends what stage you're at with things. If You've taken it as far as you can go with the production then now is the time to send it over. If, however you've recorded your voice and guitar but also want drums, bass and a string section, then you might need to send it to a producer first.
Can you have a listen to my track and tell me what it needs?
Yes, I'll happily have a listen to your track and give you my thoughts on what it needs, whether thats more production, or if youre into the final mix territory.
I live in London too, can I come and sit in your studio?
No I'm afraid not. This wolf-pack has only one in it :)
I've got some questions - Can I message you?
YES! Please do get in touch and I'll try and get back to you asap.
I work in Logic X - can I just send you the Logic file?
Yes, that will be great, however I may have to get in touch if you are using any 3rd party plugins/software instruments that I don't have.

Ongoing collaborationIt was a pleasure working with Max! I hit him with a pretty difficult project. A one hour life performance with 18 tracks. He went the extra mile to make my requested specific edits and work some magic fixing the vocals. Also took the time to repair some issues we had with the original video. Highly recommended!

Ongoing collaborationSimply amazing! Max went above and beyond for this 8th collaboration, adding some bass and synths when it was not even part of the package and it was an excellent choice! I could not recommend him enough, his work is once again 11/10!

Ongoing collaborationFor this 6th collaboration, Max once again did an amazing job. Each aspect of the song is improved quite a lot in the final mix which sometimes makes me wonder if this is really the same tracks as the ones I provided, that's to say how good his skills are!
