Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) - packaging, clothing, electricity, Single use plastic (DIVID)

If, as a company, you bring products onto the Belgian, German, French, Austrian, Polish, Spanish or Swedish market, you are obliged to declare how many kg of packaging you are sending along. Read more about the Packaging Legislation (EPR) here.

Rates - basic

• DE/FR/SE/AT/BE - $179 per country for registration costs and declaration for year 1. Subsequent years cost $139 per year. 
• ES/PL - $279 per country for registration fees and the declaration for year 1. Subsequent years cost $239 per year. 
• Textiles (FR) - $179 per country for registration fees and the declaration for year 1. Subsequent years cost $139 per year. 
• WEEE (DE) - $379 per country for registration fees and declaration over year 1. Subsequent years cost $339 per year. 
• BattG (DE) - $179 per country for registration fees and the declaration for year 1. Subsequent years cost $139 per year. 

Due to more complex declarations at higher figures, we charge additional costs in stages: 

+ $200 for more than 500kg (DE/SE/AT), 1000kg (BE) or 10,000 products (FR)

+ $300 at more than 5000kg (DE/SE/AT/BE)
