What exactly is 2-step dropshipping and why do I need a warehouse for it?
Your retail order ships to our warehouse instead of to your customer. We strip all retail packaging, invoices and price tags, re-box neutrally, and ship to your buyer under your label. They never see a supplier box or receipt, which protects your account health.
How fast do you turn orders around?
Orders received before 12pm EST ship the same business day. Everything else ships next business day. Tracking is uploaded immediately so your late-shipment rate stays protected.
Can you handle orders on the Canadian marketplace?
Yes, and this is our biggest advantage. We are in the Greater Toronto Area, so Canadian FBM orders ship domestically with fast delivery and no customs friction. Very few 2-step warehouses exist in Canada.
What does it cost per order?
Per-order handling starts at $1.95 depending on daily volume and item size, plus packaging at cost. The gig price is a deposit. Once you share your volume I fix your exact rate card in writing by custom offer before any work begins.
Do you also do regular FBM fulfillment for my own inventory?
Yes. You can store inventory with us and we pick, pack and ship your FBM, Shopify, Walmart or eBay orders as they come in, with same-day dispatch, photo proof, and monthly storage billed per shelf or pallet.
