What information do I need before starting book cover work?
Title, subtitle and author name. - Is it a print book, or an ebook? - On which platform the book will be published - Book size and number of pages - Back cover summary - ISBN (if required)
Can you use my own photo for the cover?
Yes, but please make sure you have the right to use it in the design.
Can you place the title on the spine of the cover?
To place text on the spine of your book, it should have a minimum number of pages. For Amazon and Create Space your book should have at least 100 pages. For Lulu - over 80 pages. For Ingram Spark - 48+ Otherwise, text on the spine is not allowed.
All copyrights are mine?
All rights to use the cover belong to the customer after the order is marked as complete.
What is the source file, and why do I need it?
The source files are editable Photoshop files in PSD format, allowing you to modify the book cover by yourself.
Should I provide any examples that I like?
If you have an opportunity to provide some examples of book cover designs that you're interested in, that's welcome!
What if I'm not happy with the final delivery?
I offer unlimited revisions for every client!! If you don't like the first delivery, I will submit a new design until you are satisfied with the final result.
