What information do you need to start the schedule?
I need your project scope document or BOQ, contract duration, key milestones, and any existing schedule. For new schedules, a scope description is sufficient to get started.
Can you work with an existing P6 schedule?
Yes, absolutely. I can review, update, or improve any existing P6 schedule. Please share the XER or XML file and I will assess it and discuss the scope of work needed.
Do you deliver the P6 file or just a PDF?
You receive the full Primavera P6 XER file plus a PDF Gantt chart. The XER file can be opened directly in Primavera P6 or imported into your company's system. If your client needs XML format instead, just let me know before ordering.
How long does it take to build the P6 baseline?
Delivery depends on project complexity. A Basic review takes 3 days. A Standard CPM baseline build takes 5 days. Complex projects with resource/cost loading take 7 days. Tight deadlines? Message me first and I will tell you if I can accommodate.
What if my client or PMC rejects the baseline?
One free revision is included in all packages. If the rejection is due to a scope change or new client requirements, I will advise on the fastest fix. My baselines are built to pass — in 18+ years I have a near-perfect approval rate with PMCs and clients across construction and oil and gas projects.
