Each package covers a defined scope for identifying and fixing clearly described issues. Each issue includes limited investigation within a clearly defined part of the workflow.
What’s NOT included?
Full system audits, multi-workflow debugging, rebuilding complex automations, or adding new functionality. If needed, I’ll suggest the right next step.
What is an issue?
An issue is a specific problem within a workflow - such as a broken trigger, failed step, incorrect data, or logic error. Investigation is limited to a clearly defined part of the workflow.
Can you fix multiple issues?
Each package covers a defined scope. Standard includes 1 issue. Premium includes up to 3 issues within defined scope. Additional issues can be added as an extra. Larger or multi-workflow cases are handled separately.
What tools do you work with?
Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n.
What apps can you connect?
Most apps supported by Zapier, Make, n8n, or webhooks. If unsure, just describe your case.
What happens after delivery?
You’ll receive a working setup and a brief explanation of what was fixed.
Do you provide support after delivery?
I provide a limited post-delivery support window for issues related to the fix. Ongoing support can be arranged if needed.
Will this ever break?
If implemented correctly, it should work reliably under normal conditions. However, external systems and APIs can change over time. If the same issue comes back shortly after delivery, I’ll review it within the support window.
