What do you need to start the animation?
Your logo file (PNG transparent, AI, or SVG preferred), 1-2 reference animations you like, and a short description of your brand vibe (modern, elegant, corporate, energetic, etc.).
What file formats will I receive?
MP4 (universal), GIF (for web/social), and MOV with transparent background (Standard and Premium). Premium also includes the editable AEP source file.
Can I use the animation commercially?
Yes, full commercial use rights are included in all packages. You can use it on YouTube, social media, presentations, your website, or anywhere else.
How long can the animation be?
Basic is up to 5 seconds, Standard up to 10 seconds, Premium up to 15 seconds. If you need a longer animation, message me for a custom offer.
Do you include sound effects or music?
Sound effects are included in Standard and Premium packages. Music tracks must be royalty-free or provided by you — I can suggest sources if needed.
What if I don't like the first draft?
You get revisions based on your package (1/2/unlimited). A "revision" means tweaking timing, easing, or style details. A completely different concept is a new scope.
Can you provide the After Effects project file?
Yes, the source file (AEP) is included in the Premium package, or available as a +$20 extra on Basic and Standard.
Do you offer 4K resolution?
4K is included in Premium. For Basic and Standard, you can add 4K as a +$15 extra. HD 1080p is included in all packages.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is 2-5 days depending on package. For urgent orders, add "Extra fast delivery" (+$20) to reduce delivery time.
Can you animate hand-drawn or complex logos?
Yes, but complex logos may require a Standard or Premium package for proper quality. Send me your logo before ordering so I can confirm feasibility.
