Book formatting ensures your manuscript is correctly structured, visually appealing, and compliant with Amazon KDP’s guidelines. Proper formatting improves readability, prevents rejection, and enhances the overall reader experience.
What file formats do you provide?
For Ebooks: EPUB (Amazon KDP accepted format) For Paperbacks: PDF (print-ready, with correct margins and bleed) For Both: I can also provide a Word (.docx) file if needed.
What trim sizes do you format for?
5" x 8" 6" x 9" (Most common) 8.5" x 11" (For workbooks, planners, etc.) Other custom sizes upon request.
Can you add a clickable table of contents (TOC)?
Yes! For eBooks, I include a fully clickable TOC for easy navigation.
Do you handle large books (100k+ words)?
Yes! I can format books of any length. Please contact me for a custom quote for books over 100,000 words.
Will my book be KDP approved?
Yes! I ensure your book meets KDP’s guidelines to avoid rejections or formatting issues. However, I recommend reviewing the file before publishing.
