About this gig

For more than 5 years, I have been working on business process automation and enterprise system integration. I have experience with BPM/ERP systems, electronic document management (EDM), API integrations, and automation of internal company processes.

During this time, I have participated in various projects, including the implementation of EDM solutions for a large FMCG company with integrations with SBIS, Diadoc, and Axapta, automation of request processing, 1C integrations, and development of solutions for sales and support teams.

In recent years, I have been focusing on AI and LLM technologies. I develop my own projects, including a customer support system based on RAG and LLM using FastAPI, PostgreSQL with pgvector and Redis, a Telegram-based recruitment assistant, and tools for document analysis and content automation.

In my work, I use Python, APIs, n8n, and other automation tools. Depending on the task, I can build solutions using existing services or develop custom logic from scratch.

Over the past few years, I have specialized in AI automation: developing AI bots, RAG systems, API integrations, and automating business processes using Python, n8n, and LLM technologies. I have experience both in working with clients and analyzing business processes, as well as independently developing solutions — from initial concept to a working product.
