Architectural plans (PDF or DWG), and structural plans if you have them. More detail means a tighter estimate.
2. How accurate is the estimate?
Quantities are measured precisely from your plans. Costs depend on the price base: Bordereau Bleu 2011, your own rates, or a materials + labour build-up. Every assumption is written down.
3. Which countries do you cover?
Cote d'Ivoire and West Africa with the official price schedule, and anywhere else with your local rates or built-up prices.
4. What format do I receive?
An editable Excel file: one sheet per trade plus a summary. PDF on request.
5. Can you also plan the works?
Yes. I can add an MS Project construction schedule linked to the BOQ. Message me for a custom offer.
