FAQ
How does the weighted GPA calculation work?
I build the formula based on your specific grading scale factoring in credit hours, course weight (e.g., honors/AP boost), and grade-point values so it matches exactly how your institution or system calculates GPA.
Can this work for both Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes, I can build it in either platform depending on your preference. Just let me know which one you need.
Can I input my own grading scale?
Absolutely. Whether it's a 4.0 scale, 5.0 scale, percentage-based, or a custom point system, the calculator will be built around your exact grading structure.
Will it automatically update as I enter new grades?
Yes, all formulas are fully automated just enter grades and credit hours, and the GPA updates instantly.
Do you offer revisions if something needs adjusting?
Yes, revisions are included based on your selected package, and I'll make sure the final sheet works exactly as you need.
Is the file editable after delivery?
Yes, you'll receive a fully unlocked, editable file with clear labeling so you can update it yourself going forward.
Can you add a dashboard or summary view?
Yes, I can include a clean summary tab showing overall GPA, semester breakdowns, and visual highlights like pass/fail or honor roll status.
