Can you verify the profile for me?
I handle the application and the profile itself. Google asks the owner to record a short video at the premises, and that part has to be filmed by you on your own phone. I tell you exactly what to film.
Will this get me to the top of Maps?
No promise, from me or anyone. Google decides. What I do is fill in every field it looks at, make your details identical everywhere it reads them, and remove the reasons it has to show a competitor.
I already have a profile. Is this still useful?
Usually more useful. Most existing profiles have blank service fields, wrong hours, uncategorised photos and a phone number written three different ways across the web. That is exactly what this fixes.
Do you handle suspended or reinstated profiles?
No. Reinstatement appeals are a different job with a different risk, and I would rather say so than take the order. If your profile is suspended, look for a seller who does that work specifically.
What are directories and do they matter?
They are the other places your business is listed: JustDial, Yelp, Bing Places, industry bodies and so on. Google cross checks your details against them, and written three ways they cancel each other out.
Do you need access to my account?
You add me as a manager on your own profile, which takes one click and no password. You can remove me the same way. The profile stays in your name throughout.
How long before anything changes?
The profile itself changes the day it is saved. Directory listings usually appear within two weeks. What Google then does with any of it runs on Google's clock, not mine.
Do you work outside India?
Yes. The profile fields, the categories and the directory set differ by country, and I use the ones Google shows for your location. Tell me the city and I will confirm before you order.
How many rounds of changes do I get?
Two rounds on Basic, three on Standard and Premium. A round means you send everything you want changed in one message and I work through the list. Anything outside scope I price before I touch it.
If my hours or phone number change later, what happens?
The Google profile is yours, so you can edit it in a minute. The 30 directories are separate logins. Send me the change within 30 days of delivery and I do that pass once at no cost.
