Files are usually delivered in Microsoft word formats (.doc, .docx) and pdf format. If you prefer a different format, please feel free to let me know.
How can I send large files to you?
Please upload the file(s) to any cloud storage platform like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. Copy and paste the link into our chat or the order page that you created.
Can you transcribe long videos/audios?
Yes, there is no limit as to the duration of the video/audio that you need transcribed. If you have a big project and have a tight deadline, please do contact me.
What type of transcription do you provide?
I do clean verbatim transcripts by default. If you prefer the verbatim transcripts (with the umms, ehms, urrs in the final transcript), indicate when you place your order or contact me.
Can you transcribe the videos/audios from English to Chinese?
If you need to transcribe other project, please do not hesitate to contact me.
