Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
You need a WhatsApp Business account connected to Meta's Cloud API. If you don't have one yet, I'll guide you through the setup as part of the project.
Who pays the WhatsApp message costs?
You do, directly to Meta. WhatsApp charges per conversation, and those fees are billed to your own Meta account, not through me.
Can messages come from the number I use in my WhatsApp app?
It depends on your account and number. I'll check what's possible for you before starting, and either way I'll make sure you can see and answer every reply.
How fast does a new lead get the message?
Within seconds of submitting the form. I use an instant webhook instead of a tool that checks for new leads every few minutes.
Can we talk before I order?
Yes. I offer video consultations through Fiverr, so we can review your Meta and WhatsApp setup and agree exactly what you need before you place the order.
Do you manage my ad campaigns?
No. This gig is the technical side: forms, integrations and tracking. Your campaigns stay as they are.
