Which Linux distributions do you support?
I work with all major distributions: Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, RHEL, and Fedora. Let me know your OS before ordering.
Do I need to give you root access?
Yes, for Standard and Premium packages (where I apply fixes) I will need root or sudo access via SSH. For the Basic audit, I can work with a read‑only account. All access is strictly for the agreed work and deleted after delivery.
What will the security report include?
The report lists all findings (weak passwords, open ports, misconfigured permissions, firewall gaps, outdated services) with severity ratings and clear remediation steps. In Standard/Premium, I also document every change I made.
Can you harden a server that is already in production?
Yes, but I recommend scheduling the work during low‑traffic hours. For production servers, I will first audit, then propose changes that minimize downtime. The Premium package includes a rollback plan.
