What can I expect from the Basic Package?
These are 2, 30 minute long 1:1 coaching sessions: bring your challenge, leave with actionable steps. The session is offered at discounted rate so you can experience the power of coaching - no strings attached!
What can I expect from the Standard Package?
These are three sessions (30 min each) a week. In these sessions, we’ll dig deep into your concern creating clear next steps and action points for you to act on. The package includes two weekly check-ins via chat.
What can I expect from the Premium Package?
This package includes 4 coaching sessions (30 min each), allowing us to go deeper and unlimited check-ins via chat. This package is perfect for creating new habits or working towards a goal and provides you with the necessary accountability to act.
