First came at me saying I needed to reach out before submitting an order even tho it was not listed anywhere to do so. I spent a lot of time uploading comprehensive details and files to make it easy and be through. Then delayed my order by a few days. Asked a couple questions. Then never delivered on the project more than a week later.

Submitted diagrams with exactly what I wanted and ahead of time even cleared up a misconception from the very beginning.
