Text is included, and I can take care of finding a font that is free for commercial use. If you want me to use a specific font, I can do that as well, but you'd be responsible for making sure you have the right license or that it's a font you can use commercially. For maximum compatibility, the text will be converted into a vector path as well, and that part of the process is also included in the base price.
