What is the difference between a standard chatbot and a RAG Chatbot?
A standard chatbot usually gives generic answers. A RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) chatbot is "smart". I train it specifically on your business data (PDFs, website links, or documents). It answers questions using only your factual information, acting like a trained support agent.
Do I need to pay monthly subscription fees for the automation?
