I will review your pcb and schematic before manufacturing
Embedded Systems Engineer for PCB Design and ESP32 STM32 nRF Firmware
About this Gig
Finding a problem after the boards arrive is the expensive way to find it.
I'm Ali, an embedded systems engineer. I design PCBs and write firmware, so I review your board the way it will be used: will it power up, will the MCU boot, will the rail hold during a Wi-Fi burst on a low battery, can the fab build it?
What I check:
- Schematic: pinout, power path, decoupling, pull-ups, protection, programming/debug access
- Layout: ground planes and return paths, decoupling placement, antenna keep-out, crystal and high-speed routing
- Manufacturing: footprints, DFM, part availability at JLCPCB/LCSC
- Premium: LTspice simulation of your power supply or analog blocks, with charts and the assumptions written down
What you get: a PDF report. Every issue has a severity, a screenshot and a concrete fix.
KiCad, Altium or PDF schematics. If your board is bigger than the package limits, message me first for a custom offer.
Parlo italiano: puoi scrivermi anche in italiano.

FAQ
Do you change my design files?
No. The report lists every issue and how to fix it. If you want me to apply the fixes, ask for a custom offer.
What does the simulation cover?
LTspice simulation of power and analog blocks: start-up, ripple, load steps, filters, protection. I use the manufacturer's model when one exists and say so when I use a generic one. I do not offer signal-integrity or EMI field simulation.
Which files do you need?
The KiCad or Altium project (zipped), or a schematic PDF plus Gerbers and BOM. Tell me what the board does and how it is powered.
Are my files kept private?
Yes. Your files are used only for your review.
