Hi there! I provide bookkeeping support for individuals and small businesses using QuickBooks and Xero, including transaction categorisation, bank reconciliation, and catch-up clean-up work for specific periods. Suitable for ongoing or one-off bookkeeping needs.
What's included:
- Transaction categorisation
- Bank and payment platform reconciliation
- Catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping
- Standard bookkeeping reports (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet)
- Accounts payable support, including:
- Recording supplier bills (from invoices provided)
- Categorising supplier bills correctly
- Applying VAT only when a valid VAT invoice is provided
- Matching bill payments to bank or credit card transactions
Important notes:
- Each entity refers to one separate business
- Each bank account or payment platform (PayPal, etc.) is counted as one account
- Transaction limits apply per selected package
- Additional transactions, accounts, or entities can be added using Gig Extras
