Even if you know where you may have left it, the language barrier can make it difficult to contact the place and explain your situation.
I will help by contacting hotels, stores, police stations, or lost and found offices in Japan on your behalf and checking if your lost item has been found.
Please note:
This service is only for customers who can pick up their lost item during their stay in Japan.
I cannot request stores, hotels, or staff to ship lost items to you.
This service is for inquiry and confirmation only pickup is not included.
Even if the lost item is not found, the service fee will still apply.
To avoid unnecessary time and cost, please use this service only if you are fairly sure where you lost your item.
Contacting the location as soon as possible increases the chance of finding it.

What kind of service is it?
I contact hotels, stores, police stations, or lost and found offices in Japan to check if your lost item has been found. I explain the details in Japanese and keep you updated. Pickup is not included.

This service is for travelers who lost something in Japan and need help contacting hotels, stores, stations, or restaurants in Japanese. It is helpful if you know where you may have left the item.
If I lose something, can you send it to my hotel?
No. This service is for inquiry and confirmation only. I can check if your lost item has been found, but pickup, shipping, or delivery must be arranged by you directly.
Will I be charged if my lost item is not found?
Yes. The fee covers the time and effort needed to contact the location and check for your lost item. Even if the item is not found, the service fee still applies.
How does the process work?
After ordering, please fill in the Fiverr form with details about your lost item, such as where and when you lost it and item details.I only communicate through Fiverr and do not provide support outside the platform.Once I receive the details, I will contact the location and keep you updated.
I don’t want to use my real name. Is that okay?
Please use your real name, especially for valuable items or pickup with ID verification. Some places may not return the item if the name does not match your ID.
I know the store name but not the phone number. Is that okay?
Yes, that is okay. If you know the store, hotel, or place name, I will do my best to find the contact information and make the inquiry for you.
