After purchasing the gig, you'll be prompted to send the information regarding wedding details, color scheme, preferred style (we recommend sharing your Pinterest board!), photos, etc!
Can I request revisions if I'm not satisfied with the design?
Absolutely! Customer satisfaction is my top priority. I offer a round of revisions to ensure that you are happy with the final design.
Can I add extra pages to my wedding website beyond what's included in the package?
For sure! You can add extra pages for an additional cost. You are able to select this option at checkout. Please contact me so I can get to know what you have in mind.
Will I be able to edit my website on Canva after you complete the design?
Yes, you will receive an editable Canva template that allows you to make updates or changes to your website as needed. You will need a Canva account to access and edit the template-- And you will need to click PUBLISH WEBSITE after any changes. :)
Do you provide domain and hosting services for the wedding website?
It will be hosted directly on Canva and the URL will be customized to have both partner's name in it to give it an extra personalized touch. (Example: purposesprout.my.canva.site/amyandjoel)
How long will it take for you to complete my wedding website?
The turnaround time depends on the package you choose and the complexity of your requirements. Each package has a specified delivery time, but if you need your website sooner, please get in touch with me before ordering to discuss the possibility of expedited delivery.
Can you incorporate specific design elements or match my wedding theme?
