What’s the difference between an AI voice agent, an AI receptionist and an AI calling agent?
They all run on the same technology. An AI receptionist mainly handles inbound calls, and an AI calling agent mainly makes outbound calls. An AI voice agent covers both. I’ll set up whichever fits your business.
Which platform do you use: Vapi, Retell AI, GoHighLevel or something else?
It depends on your budget, call volume and tools. Retell and Vapi give the most customization, GoHighLevel Voice AI suits you if you already live in GHL, and n8n or Make handle the automation behind the scenes. I’ll recommend the best fit before we start.
Can the AI agent book appointments directly into my calendar?
Yes. It can check availability in real time and book, reschedule or cancel in Google Calendar, Calendly, GoHighLevel and similar tools. It then sends a confirmation by SMS or email.
Can it do outbound cold calling and lead qualification?
Yes. Standard and Premium agents can call lead lists, ask your qualifying questions, and push results to your CRM. You are responsible for lawful outbound calling (consent, do-not-call rules and local regulations). I’ll help you set up compliant disclosures and opt-out handling.
Will it sound natural, or robotic?
I use low-latency models and premium voices (ElevenLabs and platform-native options), and tune interruption handling and pacing. The goal is a natural conversation, and I run test calls with you before delivery so you can judge it yourself.
Can the AI transfer the call to a real person?
Yes, on the Premium package. The agent can warm-transfer to your team when a caller asks for a human, is upset, or needs something outside its scope.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Your business details, services and FAQs, preferred call flow, calendar and CRM access, and any existing phone number. If you don’t have a number, I can set one up on Twilio.
What are the ongoing costs after delivery?
The agent runs on usage-based platform fees (voice platform, telephony and language model), billed by those providers to your own accounts. Costs vary with call volume. I’ll give you an estimate before you order so there are no surprises.
Which languages, accents and industries do you support?
English plus other major languages (Spanish, French, German, Arabic and others, depending on the platform). I’ve set up agents for clinics, real estate, home services, law firms and e-commerce. Message me first if your language or niche is specialized.
What if the agent makes mistakes after delivery?
Every agent goes through live test calls and prompt tuning before handover, and your package includes a support window to fix issues. If you need ongoing monitoring and improvement, the 30-day tuning extra covers that.
