A: No. No email verification method can honestly guarantee 100% accuracy because some mail servers use catch-all, greylisting or anti-validation protection. I classify emails as valid, invalid, catch-all or unknown/risky.
Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: CSV, TXT and XLSX files are accepted. The file should contain one email column if possible.
Q: Do you remove duplicates?
A: Yes, duplicate emails can be removed during the cleaning process.
Q: What does catch-all mean?
A: Catch-all means that the domain may accept many email addresses, but the server does not clearly confirm whether a specific mailbox exists.
Q: Can you verify large lists?
A: Yes. For lists above 150,000 emails, please contact me for a custom offer.
Q: Will this improve my deliverability?
A: It can help reduce bounce risk by removing invalid emails, but deliverability also depends on your domain reputation, email content, sending infrastructure and campaign practices.
