Swiss companies must close their books each year under the Code of Obligations. I prepare those accounts, from your bank statements and invoices through to a balance sheet and profit and loss account ready for signature.
I am a Swiss-based accountant and I do this work every day, from small files with a handful of entries to companies with several hundred transactions a year.
What you receive

What is not included
VAT returns, payroll and social insurance filings, and audit. The Swiss tax return is available as a paid extra.

FAQ
How do you count transactions?
One transaction is one line on your bank statement, or one invoice or receipt to be recorded. If you are not sure how many you have, send me the statements before you order and I will count them and tell you which package fits.
My bookkeeping is already in accounting software. Can you still work with it?
Yes. Send me an export in Excel, CSV or PDF together with the bank statements and I work from what you have. If nothing has been recorded yet, I start from the statements and invoices.
Can you prepare the tax return as well?
Yes, as a paid extra with its own delivery time. The package price covers the accounts only: balance sheet, profit and loss account, ledger and reconciliations.
Do you work with companies in every canton?
Yes. The Code of Obligations is federal, so the year-end accounts are the same across Switzerland. The canton matters only for the tax return extra, so tell me which one when you order.
