In a bigger test build with 10 invented supplier invoices, the checks held back all 3 that had a problem on purpose (a wrong total, the same invoice twice, a missing tax number), each with the reason in plain words, and filed the 7 clean ones. In this test I wrote the AI's answers.
Before ordering, tell me what starts the task and where the result goes. I reply with a one-page plan and the right package. Delivery is 2 days after you approve it (Basic and Standard).
How it works: I build it with AI tools, in an account you own. For 30 days a test run checks it every morning; if it fails, I fix it. Reviewed by a person. I never ask for passwords. Running costs, like AI use, are yours; I estimate them first.
1 round of revisions in Basic, 2 in the others. If the first delivery misses the brief, I rework it for free. If it still misses, you get a full refund.

What is the morning check?
Every morning a test run puts sample data through your job and checks the result. You get one short line: OK, or what needs attention and what I am doing about it.
How much time will this save me?
I do not have a number from a real business yet. In the first 30 days the morning line counts what the job handled for you, so you see it in your own numbers.
When do the 2 days start?
When you approve the one-page plan, which I send here by message before you order. The plan usually takes me less than a day.
What is in Basic?
One trigger (the event that starts it) and up to 3 steps after it, with 1 AI step and 2 apps (AI is not counted). For example: a new invoice email arrives, AI reads the supplier, date and total, and a row is added to your sheet. 1 round of revisions and 30 days of morning checks.
What is not in Basic?
A fourth step, a second AI step, a third app, different paths for different cases, an instant alert if it fails, a log sheet, a second job, or changes to jobs you already have. If your task needs any of these, my one-page plan tells you which package fits before you order.
Where does the morning check run, and who pays for its runs?
In an account you own, every morning in your time zone. If your setup costs something per run, like a paid automation plan or an AI step, the checks count too. I include this in the cost estimate before you order. My work on the checks is in the price for 30 days.
What happens after 30 days?
The job keeps running in your account. If you want the morning checks to continue, I can keep them going for 99 USD a month, paid here on Fiverr. You can stop at any time.
Do you use AI to build this?
Yes. AI tools help me write and test it, and I review every delivery myself. If you need any part done without AI, tell me before ordering.
Which apps can you connect?
Most apps a small business uses: email, Google Sheets or Excel, forms, and any app with an API (a way for other tools to read and add data). Message me before ordering and I confirm.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It runs in your account and you also get a copy of everything I built.
