Private AI on your own Windows PC: ask questions about your own documents without them leaving your machine.
If you work with contracts, policies or client files, you have probably stopped before pasting one into a cloud AI tool. I set up an assistant that runs locally and answers from the documents YOU select.
WHY PAY IF THE SOFTWARE IS FREE?
Installing takes 20 minutes. Making the assistant answer from your files instead of the model's own memory does not. You pay for the hardware check, model choice, retrieval setup, a prompt configured to cite the source or say the answer is not there, and testing with your own files.

FAQ
Will my documents go to ChatGPT or any cloud AI?
No. In the setup I deliver, your documents are stored, indexed and queried on your own machine, and the model runs there too. Internet is needed to install, download the model, update it, and for a remote session if you choose one.
Do I need a graphics card?
No. A graphics card makes answers faster, not more correct. Memory and GPU prices are unusually high in 2026 and I do not recommend buying hardware for this. Send me your specs and I will tell you what your machine can actually run.
Will it invent answers? Does RAG stop hallucinations?
No, RAG does not eliminate hallucinations. It grounds answers in the documents you selected and gives you sources to check. This setup is configured to show which file an answer came from, or to say the answer is not in your documents.
Why pay if Ollama and AnythingLLM are free?
The software is free the way a word processor is free. You are paying for the hardware assessment, model choice, full setup, how your documents are split and retrieved, the prompt that makes it cite or refuse, testing with your files, and a written record that it works.
How many documents can I add?
There is no per-document fee. The numbers in each package define the documents prepared and validated during delivery, not a technical limit on what you add afterwards. Your practical limit is disk space and indexing time
Can I create more workspaces later?
Yes. Each package configures a starting number of workspaces. The environment supports more, and I show you how to create them during the handover or training session.
Can several colleagues use it?
Each order covers one Windows PC. A second PC is available as an extra. Multi-user or server deployments are a different project and need a separate scope - this is not a multi-user platform.
Does it work with documents in English or other languages?
Yes. The retrieval setup is multilingual and works with Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and English documents. Most local AI setups assume English only.
How does the remote session work? What do you see?
I connect through your screen sharing tool, with you watching, only during the installation window. I do not keep your documents - ingestion runs on your machine. We can also set everything up with sample or redacted files.
What if my PC turns out to be too slow?
That is why the hardware check comes first. If your machine cannot do what you need, I tell you before we start rather than after you have paid. Message me your Windows version, RAM and graphics card before ordering.
