FAQ
What happens during our first class?
First, we get to know each other! The first lesson lasts 30 minutes. In this half hour, I will get to know your goals and asses your level of experience, and give you the first basics of fry scream. Subsequent lessons are specially designed according to the basics of this first lesson.
How long will it take for me to learn how to scream/sing?
No teacher should ever answer this questions with a clear time frame. The truth is, that every person is different. Many aspects, like the condition of your voice and your overall lifestyle, will have a huge impact over your progress. But if you stick to it, you WILL make it!
Where do the sessions take place?
Our sessions take place on Google meet! You don't need an app, just a Google account and a browser (Chrome is preferred but not necessary).
Do I need an audio interface and a professional mic for our lessons?
No. Although a professional setup will ensure a clearer sound, we can use your device's microphone. A laptop is preferred, as phones sometimes come with a built-in noise cancellation, but, if it's all you've got, we can 100% work with it as well!
Can you help me to learn a specific song?
Of course! We can plan our sessions either to improve your overall skills or just to master a specific song. Keep in mind that the time that it will take to properly master it will depend from your starting level, so don't rush it!
Do you teach False Chord screaming?
No I don't. I never learned this technique and, due to the risk that these vocal styles intake, I only teach what I mastered, to make sure your learning path will e as healthy as it can possibly be.
Do you teach clean singing as well?
Of course! I've been studying singing for over 10 years! So, if your goal is to become a "clean" metal vocalist, this is the right place for you!
