Can I use this video in paid ads?
All packages include 3 months organic usage rights for TikTok, Instagram, and your website. For paid ad usage on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads, please add the Paid Ad Usage Rights extra at checkout. This protects both of us legally.
Do you write the script or do I send one?
Both options work. Standard and Premium packages include script writing based on your product info and brand brief. Do I need to send you a product?
Yes, for product-focused UGC I need the physical product to film authentically. I'm based in Michigan, US. Once you order, send tracking info and I'll start prep work. Add 3-5 days to delivery time for product shipping if not already factored in.
What counts as a revision?
A revision means changes to the existing video, such as re-recording a line, adjusting pacing, or swapping captions. Revisions DO NOT include re-shooting with a new product, completely new scripts, or different hooks. Those require an additional video order or the Additional Hooks extra.
