Can you really finish in 24 hours?
For jobs within the package limits, yes. If your data is bigger or more broken than the limit, I’ll tell you before you order, not after.
Will you delete my data?
No. I back up everything first. Merges are logged, and anything unclear is flagged for you, not guessed.
Do you need my login?
Not always. A full export is enough for most jobs. If I work inside your CRM, I’ll ask for limited user access only.
Which CRMs do you work with?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE/BoldTrail and Lofty, or any CRM that exports to CSV. If yours is not listed, message me.
What is not included?
Email verification, lead enrichment and migrating to a new CRM are not in the packages. Message me if you need them.
How many revisions do I get?
One, two or three, depending on the package. Revisions cover fixes to the agreed scope, not new work.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Premium includes 7 days of questions about the cleanup. Ongoing monthly cleanup is not part of this gig, so message me if you want it.
What if my CRM is in the middle of a campaign or live deals?
Tell me up front. I’ll leave active records alone or work in a quiet window you choose.
