FAQ
Do I need to send my real data?
No. Column headers, a screenshot, and 3–5 anonymized rows are enough to quote and often enough to build. If a custom build needs real data, the raw file is processed locally and deleted after 30 days.
Excel or Google Sheets?
Both. Excel is native. Google Sheets is supplied as an import or a Sheet built from the same formulas; charts may need minor styling in Sheets.
Can you connect to QuickBooks or Xero?
I work from CSV/Excel exports. Live API integration is a separate custom quote and may require access to your accounting system.
How many jobs can it handle?
Standard: up to 100 jobs / 500 rows. Premium: up to 200 jobs / 1,000 rows. Message me for larger datasets.
Will formulas break if I add rows?
The workbook is built for the agreed row range and tested with sample data. I include instructions for adding rows. Premium includes a larger range and documentation.
Can you add macros?
The default is macro-free. Premium can include Power Query or Apps Script for refresh; macros are optional and only if your environment supports them.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, for custom work. Send yours or ask me for a simple mutual NDA before sharing files.
Do you offer refunds?
Fiverr’s cancellation and refund policy applies. I agree the scope before the order and include revisions. If something is wrong within scope, I fix it.
Is this accounting or tax advice?
No. It is a reporting template/build. You remain responsible for your accounting, tax, and business decisions.
Can I resell the template?
No. The template is licensed for internal business use. Custom deliverables are for your business; the underlying template and methods remain mine.
