I find what is actually slowing your store down and fix it, instead of running a generic checklist.
What I fix:
- Oversized images: compressed and converted to WebP
- Render-blocking JavaScript and CSS: minified and deferred
- Leftover code from apps you uninstalled months ago

You get a before/after Page Speed report, so you can see exactly what changed and why.

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Your score is capped by your theme, installed apps and Shopify's own scripts, which I don't control. What I can do is tell you your realistic ceiling before you order, and get you there. Send me your URL and I'll give you a number I'm willing to stand behind
Will this break my theme or change how my store looks?
No. I duplicate your live theme and work on the copy, so your store stays untouched while I work. You see the result and approve it before anything goes live. Your design, layout and app functionality stay exactly as they are.
What access do you need?
A Shopify collaborator request with Themes and Apps permissions — that's it. No account password, no billing access, no customer data. Collaborator access is revocable by you at any time from your admin, including the moment I deliver.
Will the speed gains last?
The theme-level fixes are permanent. But installing a new app adds new scripts, so heavy app installs can undo part of it. I'll flag which of your current apps cost you the most, and Premium includes 14 days of support if something regresses after delivery.
