I'll help set up an invoice-data workflow that extracts agreed fields and sends them to Excel or Google Sheets.

Fields can include invoice number, invoice date, supplier, due date, subtotal, VAT/tax, total and currency. For Italian invoices, I can map common fields such as Partita IVA, imponibile, IVA and totale fattura after reviewing a sample.

Depending on your files and apps, the workflow can use OCR and connect a supported source, such as an email inbox or Google Drive folder, to a spreadsheet using Make, n8n or Zapier.
