Hi there! I offer live, 1-on-1 Airtable consultations to help you design, fix, or level up your database, automations, or workflows whether you're starting from scratch or already have a base that needs expert eyes on it.
What I Do
On our call, I'll help you with:
- Database and CRM design decisions (structure, relationships, technology selection)
- Diagnosing and fixing issues in an existing base
- Planning automations, scripts, and integrations before you build them
- Reviewing and troubleshooting current automations that aren't working right
- General Airtable strategy what to build, what to avoid, and how to scale it
How It Works
- Message me first tell me what you're working on and what you'd like to cover, so we can pick the right session length.
- Book your consultation package (30, 60, or 90 minutes).
- We meet on a live video call (Zoom or Meets), where I'll walk through your questions, your base, and your goals in real time.
- You leave with clear answers a plan, fixes, or direction you can act on (or hand off to a builder) right away.

Can you improve or repair an existing Airtable base?
Yes! A large part of my work is auditing and fixing bases that have grown messy over time: broken links, inefficient structures, automation errors, or bases that just don't match how the team actually works anymore. Send me a link or screenshots of your current setup and we'll go from there.
What do you need from me before starting?
A short description of what you're trying to accomplish, access to your existing base (if you have one), and any specific tools or platforms it needs to connect with. We'll confirm all of this on our initial call before I start building.
How do I know which package is right for me?
Message me before ordering with a quick summary of your project (number of tables, any automations/integrations, and your timeline). I'll point you to the right package or suggest an add-on consultation if you're not sure yet what you need.
Do you also work on completely net new builds, in addition to consultations?
Yes, but on a more limited basis. This gig is primarily focused on consultations: helping you figure out what you need to do in order to build a robust, scalable Airtable base. While I can do net new builds, my schedule tends to fill up quickly, so I don't do as many these days.
