Do I need to provide the brochure text?
Yes, please provide the final text you want included in the brochure. I can help organize the layout and improve visual hierarchy, but copywriting or rewriting is not included.
Can you take the content from my website instead of sending the brochure text?
Your website is very helpful as a brand and style reference, but I'll still need you to send the exact text you want to include in the brochure. Since you know your audience best, please send a shortened version of the content with the main information you want people to read.
How should I send the content?
All content must be provided in editable format (text file or message). I don’t transcribe text from images or screenshots.
Do you offer translation services?
No. Please provide the final text in the language you want to use.
Do I need to provide a printer template?
If your printer provides a specific template, please send it before we start. If not, I can prepare the brochure using a standard print-ready setup.
What file will I receive as the source file?
The editable file will be provided in Adobe Illustrator (AI). Editable PDFs may also be included when applicable.
When will I receive the first design?
The first version is typically delivered within the order timeline, depending on the project and current workload.
What counts as a revision?
Revisions include adjustments to the selected design. They do not include new concepts or complete redesigns.
Can I request additional changes after revisions are used?
Yes, additional revisions can be added as an extra.
