I am a BIM modeling architect with 9+ years of experience. I will provide a full 3D model and 2D drawings with the appropriate level of detail.

INCLUDED IN THIS GIG:
Converting point cloud scan files to the Revit model and 2D drawings.
Revit models have high precision geometry (up to LOD300 or higher) and follow any custom BIM standard if customers require it.
Supported point cloud formats included: E57; FLS; PTS; PTX; RCS; X and Z; CLR; CL3 and any other format supported by Autodesk ReCap.
