FAQ
Will I get the word / ppt file?
No, unfortunately I cannot provide you the word or ppt version of the PDF, since I only design in Adobe Photoshop or InDesign. The source file can be purchased separately.
Can you also provide copy?
No, I am a graphic designer not a content creator, hence all the copy must be provided by you, all proofread :)
Do I need to show you some other work that I like that might be similar to what I am looking for?
This is MANDATORY. This helps me have a better vision of what you wish of your product to look like :) You will see all my list of questions once you order it.
Do I have to answer all your default questions once I order?
YES. I won't be able to provide quality if I don't get enough information from you. :)
Do you do revisions?
Yes, if the project is longer I will send you some page samples to confirm we're on the right track. After I deliver the full project, 2 revisions are included in the price. After that each revision will be $15.
Can you provide a fillable PDF?
Yes!
When do you work?
Only during work days, Monday to Friday.
