I use Figma and Adobe XD. I am open to using other software for your project. However, doing so may take longer than Figma / Adobe XD.

Yes, I offer UI Design as well. Check out my UI Design gig, my UX Design gig add-ons or message me directly to learn more. I am open to project requiring both UI and UX design. I also offer gigs specifically for user research and product testing. I can be your one stop shop for all UI/UX needs!

I document my user research in Notion or Dovetail. Research is dependent on the project and its scale. I do qualitative and quantitative research including interviews, usability testing and surveys. I will let you know what methods I think suit your project.

You can be as hands off as you want to be. Once I have an understanding of your project, I can do the entire UX Design process without further collaboration. That said, if you want to collaboration, I am happy to have regular calls and check ins throughout the design process.

I am a native English speaker from Canada. I graduated from the University of Toronto with degrees in Management and Public Policy and have won awards for creative writing.
