Can you provide more faqs and articles than what's on your premium package?
Absolutely! I can provide more than what's on my premium package. The GIG packages are merely there to give you insight into my packages and make your decision easier.
Can you write in a different language from English?
For now, I only write in British or American English.
Do i have to provide the questions?
No, you do not necessarily need to! The questions, articles, and content are included in the gig package. However, if you have some questions in mind or from your users, you can share them with me to make the order faster.
What do you need me to provide to start?
I only need to know about your business, website features, navigation, and the products you sell / services you provide. If your website or app is under development and unavailable, I'll need you to provide any closest competitor(s).
What if I am not satisfied with the delivery?
If you're not satisfied with the delivery, I'll probably try to find out from you where the problem is and revise it.
Are knowledge base article screenshots included in the gig packages?
Unfortunately, no! If your knowledge base articles or faqs require me to design screenshots, each image will cost an additional dollar. However, if you provide the screenshots, I'll insert them for FREE!
