Our services include pre filing trademark assessment, classification of goods and services, preliminary searches, legal risk evaluation and preparation and filing of Greek or EU trademark applications.
International clients are welcome. You do not need to be established in Greece provided that the requested service concerns a Greek trademark or European Union trademark.
Trademark registration is subject to examination by the competent authority and cannot be guaranteed.
Official filing fees are separate from our professional fees. Additional classes, complex searches, objections, oppositions, office actions, appeals, portfolio work and other proceedings are quoted separately.

What is the difference between a Greek trademark and an EU trademark?
A Greek trademark provides protection in Greece. An EU trademark is filed through EUIPO and, once registered, provides unitary protection across the European Union.
Are official trademark fees included in the package price?
No. Our prices cover professional legal fees only. Official online filing fees are €100 for 1 class in Greece plus €20 for each additional class, and €850 for 1 EUIPO class, plus €50 for the 2nd class and €150 for each class from the 3rd onward.
Can you review my trademark before I order?
A brief pre order message may be used to confirm whether the requested service falls within our scope. Trademark searches, registrability assessments and legal opinions are paid professional services.
Can you help me choose the appropriate trademark class?
Yes. Classification and review of the relevant goods or services are included within the scope stated in each package.
Can you guarantee that my trademark will be registered?
No. No professional can guarantee registration. Applications remain subject to examination, earlier rights and possible objections or oppositions.
Are objections or oppositions included?
No. Responses to objections, oppositions, office actions, cancellations, appeals or other contentious proceedings are separate legal services and require a Custom Offer.
